How do I return an item?

Return and Refund Policy

 

Thank you for shopping with the Harlem Globetrotters.

 

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

 

Returns

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.  To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which it was received.  You must provide your order number.

 

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

 

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card. It may take several days for this credit to appear, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

 

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. However, in the case of flawed, faulty, or erroneous merchandise, we will send you a prepaid shipping label.
